Saba Quick Start Meets Deployment Schedule

Web-enabled and highly interactive, EagleVision is designed to meet the educational needs of aviation and aeronautical professionals worldwide.
The success of EagleVision is the result of Saba and Embry-Riddle working together. Saba Centra’s ability to bring voice, video, data, and graphic functionality together in a structured online environment provided the backbone for the development of EagleVision.

Using Saba’s Quick Start deployment services, the first EagleVision classes began on schedule in May with six instructors at about 18 locations across the country. The launch was the first step to a wider deployment across the university this summer.

By integrating Saba Centra’s collaborative and interactive technologies with existing university applications like Oracle, Blackboard, and Microsoft Office, EagleVision will provide the platform for virtual classroom web conferencing, online events, e-meetings, recording capabilities, and VoiceOverIP audio conferencing.
